James has been driven by a deep commitment to community since childhood, accumulating 5,000+ volunteering hours with organisations such as The Women’s Centre, St. Vincent de Paul, Edmund Rice Camps, Lion's Club, and Projects Abroad. Today, he continues that journey as Board Member and Treasurer at Vermont South Neighbourhood House. An Accor Hotel General Manager by trade, James blends grassroots experience with executive leadership, offering a rare balance of empathy and strategic thinking. With a Bachelor of Business and MBA, he empowers not-for-profits to grow with purpose through impactful financial, operational, and strategic transformation.

With over 23 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Aida is a deeply respected voice in community development, specialising in Children and Family Services. Her work is grounded in cultural sensitivity, social justice, and grassroots engagement, shaped in part by her 15 transformative years serving a First Nations rural and remote community. Aida holds a Bachelor of Community Welfare, a Master of Social Work, and a Master in Women’s Studies. Her approach is empathetic yet strategic—meeting communities where they are and helping them build strong, self-determined futures. At Kith Consulting, she partners with organisations to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Specialising in Strata and Building Management, Jainil supports not-for-profits to get the most out of every dollar spent on their property and facilities. Currently the Building Manager at Whitehorse Towers in Box Hill, Jainil oversees maintenance, security, and stakeholder coordination for a 520-lot mixed-use site—ensuring safe, efficient operations. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Administration and Management, Jainil helps non-profits by organising trades from day-to-day handyman issues to large scale project management. Ultimately reducing capital expenditure, improving value, and ensuring your spaces remain safe, functional, and aligned with your mission.

Jenny has nearly 15 years of marketing experience working in B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing across tech, media, healthcare and professional services. She is a strategic commercial marketer who thrives on challenging projects with a strong emphasis on delivering ROI, and has successfully developed differentiated brands, delivered business growth, and reduced churn. As a dynamic leader, Jenny has the strong ability to lead change, articulate a clear brand vision and motivate teams and stakeholders to deliver that vision. In her spare time, Jenny likes to keep up to date on the latest marketing trends and has recently completed her Masters in Marketing. 

Ryz (she/her) is a dedicated lawyer and Senior Consultant, Equity of Access at AFCA, committed to advancing fairness and inclusion. With a career spanning community legal services, the not-for-profit sector, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, Ryz brings both depth of expertise and a genuine passion for service. She is recognised for her ability to navigate complex disputes while championing equity and access for all. Guided by a strong belief in justice and community, Ryz works to create meaningful change and open pathways that ensure every voice is heard.
